We are currently recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses in the Oxfordshire areas, for a large number of private Nursing & Residential Homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights and weekend duties.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) working for OneCall24, you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and comfortable
- Monitoring patients
- Keeping up with patients' personal hygiene and wellbeing
- Ensuring patients are properly fed and hydrated
- Assisting Mental health nurses in clinical duties
- Communicating and supporting the patients' relatives and carers
