We are looking for passionate and dedicated nurses to work as Brand Ambassadors with Onecall24. Ambassadors will be key influencers in the community and will take part in exciting campaigns. OneCall24 is one of the UK’s fastest growing recruitment companies within the healthcare sector. Our ambassadors will play a leadership role in our organization, reaching new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Be the public face of OC24
- Represent OC24 positively through actions and behaviour
- Utilise word-of-mouth marketing to generate brand awareness
- Understand and represent the company’s vision, mission, goals, and services at various events
- Nurture a progressive attitude toward the profession by networking with other health professionals and informing them about the program
- Create awareness for OC24 by interacting with other ‘customers’ in the care sector
- Engage with prospective and existing candidates professionally and friendly
- Work with the manager to deliver monthly campaigns promoting OC24, and implement the company’s promotional strategies at events
- Support OC24 by creating and uploading content that encourages public interaction on social media, driving brand awareness and attracting new ‘customers’
- Provide ongoing feedback about activities
Requirements:
- A qualified Band 5 Nurse or above, with current NMC registration
- Available to work 36 hours a week
- Directly employed by OC24 – PAYE
- Excellent communication and written English skills
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across departments, clients, and candidates
- Willing to travel within your geographical area
- Own vehicle access required
- Monthly bonus structure
