We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Children’s Support Workers in Bridgwater, Somerset, to join our team supporting various children’s residential services. These ongoing assignments include day shifts, night shifts, and weekends, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 care and emotional support tailored to each child\’s needs
• Supporting children with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours
• Assisting with daily routines, including personal care when required
• Encouraging participation in play, creative activities, and daily tasks to build trust and connection
• Creating a calm, nurturing environment that promotes emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Collaborating with residential care teams to uphold high standards of care and safeguarding

Requirements:

• At least 6 months’ experience working with children in the last 2 years
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• No restrictions to 20 hours/week (e.g., student or skilled worker visas)
