Shift Pattern: Nights (21:00pm till 08:00am)
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support an elderly lady with complex medical needs in her own home. She has full mental capacity and values respectful, person-centred care that promotes her dignity, independence, and wellbeing. The role involves providing personal care, administering medication, supporting mobility, and assisting with daily living activities while following personalised care plans.
