About the Role

OneCall24 Healthcare is looking for a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to support a male client with limited mobility in Alfreton.This is Paediatric Healthcare Assistant position, and a driver is essential.

We are seeking someone who can motivate, uplift, and support the client emotionally and physically.You\’ll play a key role in helping our client maintain independence, stay active, and feel connected to their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and mobility support
• Paediatric Experience
• Tracheostomy, Ventilator
• Peg Feeding
• Promote motivation and routine through positive engagement
• Administer medication and monitor health (training provided)
• Maintain professional, compassionate standards always

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience in a healthcare setting
• Complex care and paediatric experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be reliable, encouraging, and proactive
