Standby24 is seeking an experienced Support Worker to deliver person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, ASD, and complex behaviours in Cornwall. This full-time role involves a mix of day and waking night shifts, with weekends and bank holidays as required.
You will work to care plans, build trusting relationships, promote positive behaviour support, and help clients access the community, attend appointments, and develop independence.
