Healthcare Assistant -Complex Care
Location: Sutton Coldfield West Midlands
Pay Rates: £15.25 – £17.00
Shift Pattern: Flexible
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Healthcare Assistant to provide two-to-one support to a client in their home environment.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone\’s daily life.
We are looking for carers with experience in:
- Patient, caring, and attentive
- Previous experience in complex care, brain injury, or rehabilitation preferred.Confident in supporting individuals with ABI
- Confident with hoisting and supporting non-mobile clients.
- Ability to work as part of a team, including therapists and family members.
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism are essential.
