Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting service users with daily living skills and independence
- Administering and recording medication (where trained)
- Promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion
- Supporting with care planning and documentation
- Liaising with families and external professionals

- 6 months experience in the last 2 years
- Must be a driver with a car
