About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Healthcare Assistant to provide person-centred care for a young man living at home with his parents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in his daily life by delivering tailored support that promotes comfort, well-being, and development while supporting his family.

Working closely with the client, his family, and the wider care team, you will play an essential role in ensuring his safety, comfort, and overall well-being at all times. The role involves providing high-quality care in line with his individual care plan, supporting daily routines, monitoring his condition, and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment where he can thrive.

We are looking for a confident, positive, and proactive Healthcare Assistant who enjoys an active lifestyle and is physically fit, as the client enjoys regular walks of up to 3-5 miles. The successful candidate will be patient, engaging, and committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care while encouraging independence and participation in daily activities.

Your compassionate approach and ability to build a positive relationship with both the client and his family will have a meaningful impact on their lives and contribute to maintaining a happy, supportive, and active environment.

We are looking for carers with experience in:
