About The Role
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a male client in his late 30s. This rewarding opportunity involves providing person‑centred care and clinical support requiring close monitoring, specialised interventions, and assistance with all aspects of daily living.

Position: Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Devon
Pay: £14 to £15.20 per hour
Shift Pattern: Days and nights
Responsibilities
The role includes
- Assisted cough and bespoke moving and handling procedures
- Bladder washouts via syringe
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration, oral nutrition and meal preparation
- Ongoing clinical observations
- Responding to complex clinical needs while maintaining dignity and independence
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care
- Experience in bowel care, clinical observations, medication support, food preparation, bladder washouts, assisted cough, moving and handling, autonomic dysreflexia
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- All candidates must be drivers
