We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered General Nurse to support a young male in his home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in his day-to-day life while working collaboratively with his family to promote dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
We Are Looking For Nurses With Experience In:
- School-based or pediatrics homecare experience
- Tracheostomy care and changes (within the last 6 months)
- Ventilation management (NIPPY)
- Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
Our client enjoys spending time with his family and friends, he gets nervous when a nurse doesn't have the required skill to cater for him. He likes to be involved in decision making, as he knows his care plan and he is an avid supporter of Portsmouth FC, loves football, loves going to schools and online gaming.
