About The Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Support Workers to provide high-quality complex care within clients’ home environments. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client’s daily life while working closely with their family and a supportive clinical team. You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care, ensuring the client’s well-being, comfort, and dignity at all times. Duties include monitoring the client’s condition, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence wherever possible.
Experience Required
- Demonstrable commitment to going above and beyond to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients
- NG tube feeding and management
- Personal care support
- Manual handling
- Supporting wheelchair users
- Paediatric experience (desirable)
