We are looking for motivated and driven carers to join our highly dedicated and welcoming team at OneCall24 Healthcare. This role involves caring for an incredible young boy, overseeing health related issues throughout the day and night, and providing ongoing tracheostomy and gastrostomy care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care in line with a personalised care plan.
- Provide tracheostomy and gastrostomy care during day and night shifts.
- Monitor and manage health related issues as required.
Qualifications
Healthcare workers who can deliver person‑centred care and have experience in healthcare at home. You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers to ensure the highest standards of care and ongoing professional development.
