An amazing opportunity has arisen in the Bridgwater area for carers as OneCall24 Healthcare is looking to recruit a team of carers to work with a client who is an incredible gentleman who has a spinal injury and requires support with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions. Our client loves sports, his favourite is cricket and football, and his favourite team is Leeds. He likes being out in the community and exploring.
We want our carers to be able to deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client.
Experience required: Spinal Injury.
You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development. You will form a key part of the OneCall24 Healthcare complex care team within this role, becoming part of a team that truly believes in quality and person-centred care.
You will receive full training in all specialist and person-centred elements of care delivery and 24-hour support. Due to the nature and potential location of this work, access to your own transport is very important.
