About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable Healthcare Support Workers to support clients in their home environment. This is a rewarding role that involves working closely with families, so we’re seeking individuals with great energy and personality who can build trust gradually and fit in naturally. You’ll play a key role in positively impacting daily life while becoming a valued part of the household. The role involves supporting therapy sessions to enhance our client’s daily life, encouraging participation in meaningful activities, and providing personal care and hygiene assistance.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in their home environment and work closely with families.
- Assist with therapy sessions to enhance daily living and encourage meaningful activities.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in tracheostomy and ventilation care
- Moving and handling with hoists
- Suctioning and cough assist
- Peg care and management
- Stoma and catheter care
- All candidates MUST be drivers
