We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young adult male client with a learning disability within his home environment. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in his daily life while working closely and collaboratively with his family to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
The position involves:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting personal care needs
- Promoting independence wherever possible
- Ensuring the client’s comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing
- Supporting with nutritional needs and medications administered via his gastrostomy port
- Providing oxygen therapy to maintain his oxygen saturations
