About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing contractor for an experienced Project Manager to join their residential team, delivering refurbishment, planned maintenance and improvement works for social housing providers and portfolio landlords across the East and West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong client relationships and playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance projects from inception through to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project programmes, costs and commercial performance.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions where required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the continued growth of the business by developing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.

About You

  • Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment, planned maintenance or residential projects.
  • Experience leading projects from pre-start through to completion.
  • A strong understanding of NatFed Schedule of Rates and commercial management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Established relationships within the social housing sector and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • A proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
