- Monitor traffic conditions using surveillance tools or on-site inspections, reporting any issues or incidents immediately
- Assist in planning and implementing temporary traffic diversions during maintenance or special events
- Document all activities, incidents, and maintenance tasks accurately for record-keeping purposes
