They provide both reactive and planned maintenance contracts tailored to individual business needs. Our client is a Birmingham based company and operates across the UK.
About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled 18th Edition Qualified Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance electrical work, EV charger installations, basic circuit design, fault finding and testing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician to work on a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with the latest wiring regulations while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault finding in commercial and industrial settings.
- Install, test, and commission EV charging points, ensuring compliance with current regulations and industry standards.
- Design and modify electrical circuits, considering load calculations, energy efficiency, and safety requirements.
- Carry out electrical testing, inspections, and certification in line with BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
- Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements.
