The above position has become available within our client's growing Hygiene Company located at their Depot in Walsall. They are a family-oriented company and are looking to add to their existing team.
Location: Walsall
Hours: Monday to Friday, varying between 4am-3pm, approximately 40 hours per week. You will typically work around 8-10 hours per day within these times.
Salary: GBP 11.60 per hour (Non ADR) / GBP 12.23 per hour (ADR)
Duration: Permanent

Job Description & Duties:
- Driving up to 3.5-tonne vehicles.
- Collecting bags of clinical waste, mainly from nursing homes and nurseries.
- Servicing washroom facilities, including ladies' sanitary units, air freshener units, roller towels, and soap dispensers.
- Servicing water cooler units, dust mats, and delivering hygiene products.
- Covering various locations such as nursing homes, doctor's surgeries, schools, colleges, restaurants, hotels, and nurseries mainly in the Midlands, including Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Lincoln, Leicestershire, and Liverpool.
- Assisting in the warehouse occasionally.
Requirements:
- Full clean driving license (max 3 points acceptable).
- Physically fit and strong, capable of heavy lifting, bending, and carrying, often involving stairs.
- Pleasant and friendly manner.
- Confident driver.
- Customer-focused.
- Reliable, adaptable, and flexible with fluctuating hours.
- Comfortable using Tablet / iPad.
- Previous experience not essential but advantageous, especially in care or waste industries.
Please note that this role involves collecting bags of clinical waste and may not be suitable for the squeamish.
