We are currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction project in the Northumberland area. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely managing vehicle movements on site, ensuring vehicles enter, exit and manoeuvre around the site safely and efficiently. NIGHTS - 8PM -5AM - 9 HOURS - Monday - Friday Duties & Responsibilities * Directing and marshalling vehicles safely around site * Guiding HGVs, delivery vehicles and site traffic * Managing vehicle movements during deliveries and collections * Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles are kept safely separated * Communicating clearly with drivers and site personnel * Assisting with reversing and manoeuvring vehicles * Maintaining a safe and organised site entrance * Following all site health & safety procedures * Carrying out general traffic marshal/banksman duties as required Essential Requirements * Valid CSCS card * Recognised Vehicle Banksman / Traffic Marshal qualification * Previous experience working as a Banksman/Traffic Marshal on a construction site * Good understanding of site health & safety * Confident communication skills * Full PPE * Right to work in the UK Desirable * NPORS N133 Plant & Vehicle Marshaller * CPCS Slinger/Signaller * NPORS Slinger/Signaller * Previous experience directing HGVs and heavy plant * Experience working on large construction projects
