Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Shift Pattern : Day Shifts and Night Shifts
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her home following a hypoxic brain injury. You will provide 2:1 support with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, feeding, medication, and community access, as well as supporting physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, gym sessions, and other rehabilitation activities.
The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, and person-centred, with excellent communication and listening skills to support her speech difficulties. You will work closely with her family and multidisciplinary team to promote her independence, dignity, safety, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with the client and make a genuine difference to her ongoing recovery and quality of life.
We are looking for carers with experience in :

- Acquired Brain Injury
- Personal Care and Peg Feeding
- Catheter Care (Suprapubic preferred)
- Supporting therapy and Rehabilitation Programs
- Diabetes Monitoring
- Pressure Care and infection control
All candidates MUST be drivers (Full Uk driver’s license).
