We are currently recruiting Children Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker in the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire area for a number of residential homes and supported living services to fulfil ongoing assignments for nights and weekend duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children and young people with their daily routines and activities.
  • Providing care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, including those who may display challenging behaviour or be at risk of going missing from care.
  • Promoting independence, life skills, and positive behaviour in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
  • Supporting children with education, hobbies, recreational activities, and community engagement.
  • Showing compassion, patience, and understanding while helping children feel safe, valued, and supported.
  • Encouraging healthy lifestyles, including supporting mealtimes, routines, and overall wellbeing.
