We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a care package supporting a friendly female client living independently in her own home. About the ClientOur client is a friendly and physically independent woman who sustained a traumatic brain injury 16 years ago, resulting in reduced memory, processing, and safety awareness. She lives alone in her own home and requires 24-hour 1:1 support to ensure her safety, with carers providing prompting for daily tasks such as meals, medication, and household activities. She enjoys a structured routine, goes out daily using her mobility car, and benefits from encouragement to remain engaged and independent. The client experiences regular seizures which are usually monitored and managed with reassurance, though emergency medication is available if required.
