We are currently seeking experienced, compassionate, and motivated Senior Support Workers to support individuals with learning disabilities. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care and leading shifts to ensure service users are supported to live fulfilling, independent lives within residential or supported living settings. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key leadership role within the team, supporting staff, promoting best practice, and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs

  • Experience working within learning difficulty supported living services
  • 6 months in the last year
  • UK driver's license required
  • Medication trained with certificate
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Living within Dorset
