About The Opportunity

Our Remote Clinical Assessment team are responsible for the delivery of high quality clinical assessments to people from diverse cultural backgrounds who have a range of mental health conditions. You will need to be able to determine the most suitable evidence-based treatment pathway in line with NICE Guidelines and help them to navigate the next steps of support. Treating people with dignity and respect ensures that a person’s needs remain central to the process and is a key aspect of our service delivery and culture. Enabling people to see the benefits of an intervention and helping them to engage with our service is fundamental to the effectiveness of the support and services we provide.

What We Need From You

  • Registration as an RMN with active NMC pin.
  • Someone who can keep up to date on clinical recommendations/guidelines and advances in mental health practice and psychological therapies.
  • Previous experience working with Children and Young People and adults.
  • Have an understanding of the importance of client confidentiality, ensuring this is protected.
  • Participate in service improvement by highlighting issues and implementing changes in practice.
  • Able to exercise your autonomous professional responsibilities for all assessments in line with our service requirements.
