About our opportunity:
Our head office is in York, but we are looking for CBT Practitioners to work Hybrid in various locations Nationwide. Due to increasing demand for our services, particularly for after-school and weekend appointments, Onebright is seeking skilled and motivated CBT Practitioners specialising in CYP to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly while delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and young people and their families. We are especially keen to hear from CBT practitioners who can support children and young people during peak demand periods outside of standard working hours.

You will:
- Be committed to placing the client at the centre of the service and everything that you do; providing evidence-based treatments as indicated by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) – specifically CBT and EMDR (if trained to Part 2).
- Treat clients who have a range of subclinical and mild to moderate anxiety and depression presentations and apply the principles of CBT to other mental health problems where clinically appropriate.
- Demonstrate integrity and compassion within our culture of ED&I practices in every aspect of the role, above and beyond ensuring adherence to legislative statutory guidance, and Onebright policies and procedures.
What we need from you:
- Be committed to delivering evidence-based interventions in line with best practice.
- Experience of working within CAMHS or similar child and adolescent mental health services is strongly desirable.
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload effectively, meeting agreed targets and maintaining high standards of care.
- Be an accredited CBT Practitioner specialising in CYP who is passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.
- Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships.
