This role sits at the heart of our delivery pods, working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, data teams, and clinical/operational stakeholders to ensure that change is clear, usable, and delivered first time right. If you are someone who thrives in complex change environments, enjoys influencing across the organisation, and wants to help build a mature, outcome-led analysis capability within a growing transformation team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requirements across digital and operational initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops with a variety of stakeholders to uncover business rules, pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements align to value, outcomes and prioritisation.
  • Support UAT by defining scenarios, validating readiness and ensuring solutions work in real-world settings.
  • Contribute to benefits definition and validation, ensuring change delivers measurable and meaningful outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Project Managers and Product Owners on clarity, risk and readiness.
  • Champion quality, clarity and user experience throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What We Need From You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a change, digital or transformation environment.
  • Experience working in growing organisations or programmes where ways of working are still evolving.
  • Confidence working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience translating business needs into structured requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Experience supporting UAT, readiness and benefits realisation.
  • An appreciation for user experience, process improvement and “first time right” delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile, product-led or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience working alongside developers, data teams or platform teams.
  • Hybrid role based in our York office 2 days a week.
