As the People Experience & Communications Business Partner (PBP), you will work closely with leaders, managers, other People team members, and employees to drive a positive colleague experience. This role will also develop and deliver an excellent communication strategy in addition to supporting the development of our culture.

What we are looking for:

  • People professional with in-depth previous experience in a strategic communications and people experience role.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR/People team.
  • Excellent communicator, oral and written.
  • Strong digital skills and excellent understanding of how to utilise these to drive a positive colleague experience and excellent communication culture.
  • Confident dealing with Leaders and Managers at all levels, solution-focused with a commercial but people-centred approach.
  • Proactive approach which drives change and delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational projects.
