As an accounts receivable assistant, you will ensure that payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will monitor mail boxes and answer general enquiries relating to bills. You will support with credit control activities including sending statements and following up on payments. You will be responsible for copying and distributing invoices to the relevant departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year admin experience.
  • Effective communicator, ability to manage difficult conversations with clients.
  • IT literate with intermediate experience of Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookups).
