Location: Remote within UK

Brief Job Description

  • Requirement Definition & Management: Globally define requirements and needs, translating them into user stories. Document requirements in user stories. Present user stories for BCO/DA approval. Work with Product Manager, Product Owner and Business Owner to prioritize features for Program Increment Planning. Manage change requests and enhancements. Update status in Jira.
  • Development & Collaboration: Collaborate with and manage IT for development efforts. Align with different teams as required during the development process. Prepare for PI planning.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Test developments. Create test cases. Conduct System Acceptance Test (SAT) and, if necessary, Dry run. Support Fit-to-Template (FtT) session on an ad hoc basis. Collaborate with the authorisation team. Manage defects.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Document processes and training materials. Create training material for the training factory. Develop playbooks. Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) to the rest of the team. Conduct KT to the deployment team and for data migration.
  • Pre-Deployment Activities: Support the green team on pre-deployment activities as a subject matter expert for the GT.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of global template development and implementation.
  • Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications (user stories).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., PI Planning).
  • Strong testing and quality assurance skills, including test case creation and defect management.
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and various business teams.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting requirements and conducting knowledge transfer.
