Role: IT Hardware Tech Support Engineer β Windows/Mac
Location: London
IT Support Engineer (ISM Technician) to provide support (L1/L2) for hardware inventory, software (Windows, MAC OS) support and support tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient with Windows operating systems, and have a keen ability to troubleshoot and configure hardware.
The ideal candidate has L1/L2 IT Hardware tech support experience, outstanding customer service skills, and is able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing hardware requests
- Supporting events
- Maintaining compliance with policies
- Extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues across Apple Macintosh platforms and Microsoft Windows
- Managing inventory and preparing reports
- Troubleshooting and resolving driver and hardware issues
- Supporting end-users in a fast-paced, agile setting
- Collaborating on hardware-related projects and onboarding in a dynamic environment
