Role: Desktop Support
Location: Glasgow
Work mode: Onsite only (No remote/ No hybrid)
Part time: 3 days weekly - Fri/Sat/Sunday
Description:
- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new equipment.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets.
- Document support requests and resolutions.
- Active Directory and secure LDAP.
- Support & Maintenance of Windows 10 related issues.
- Onboarding / Offboarding users.
