We’re looking for a NetSuite Specialist / Consultant with experience in ZAB billing. This is a practical, hands-on role focused on keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with stakeholders, and improving how systems support the business. Whether you’re looking for full time, part time, or a more flexible working pattern, we’re open. This role can be shaped to suit the right person. This role can be remote but there is an expectation to visit the office (Birmingham) for onboarding, key meetings and events.

What You Will Do

  • You’ll be the go-to person for NetSuite support, particularly around ZAB billing.
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets.
  • Supporting Finance and wider teams with system queries.
  • Ensuring billing and revenue flows are accurate and working as expected.
  • Making small improvements to workflows and processes.
  • Explaining issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Supporting ongoing NetSuite configuration and helping the business get more value from the platform.
  • Investigating and resolving NetSuite issues (especially around billing and revenue).
  • Acting as a bridge between technical systems and Finance teams.
  • Supporting and optimising ZAB billing processes.
  • Handling BAU tickets and troubleshooting system behaviours.
  • Making small enhancements (workflows, fields, configurations).
  • Supporting users and improving system understanding across the business.

What You Will Have

  • Strong experience with NetSuite administration or consulting.
  • Exposure to ZAB billing (or similar billing systems within NetSuite).
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and understand end-to-end processes.
  • Confidence working with non-technical stakeholders (especially Finance).
  • Someone who is proactive, self-managing, and resilient.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

You don’t need to be a heavy implementation specialist; this is more about practical problem solving and support.
