Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP), you’ll be the strategic hiring advisor for our Corporate Functions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional talent outcomes. This is a high-impact role where you’ll blend data, insight, and relationship-building to drive hiring success.
You’ll be a key player in a high-performing team of nine, helping drive accountability, unblock challenges, and keep hiring on track. Alongside that, you’ll bring structure and insight to our reporting and systems helping us scale smarter, not just faster. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance operational excellence with delivery execution and help shape the future of how we attract and hire top talent in a business that’s scaling fast and leading the way in AI.
What You Will Do

  • Work within our newly defined squad model, People Business Partner, Finance Business Partner to own the entire talent acquisition strategy for our corporate functions.
  • Partner with functional leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across Corporate Functions
  • Deliver proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent for current and future needs.
  • Facilitate hiring strategy scoping meetings, role scoping, and hiring manager alignment
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
  • Use data to inform decisions, track performance, and continuously improve
  • Collaborate with employer branding, DEI, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless hiring
  • Act as a coach and advisor to hiring managers on best practices and market trends
