Join OneAdvanced as a Senior Applications Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful One Advanced Financials implementations to our customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead complex solution designs, oversee key project phases, and provide strategic guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. This is a hybrid role based out of our Birmingham HQ, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office 1–2 times per month, as required.
What You Will Do
- Deliver customer implementations of the Financial Management System across defined project phases, including:
- Discovery and requirements gathering
- Solution design support
- System configuration
- Data migration support
- Testing and validation
- End-user training
- Go-live and post-go-live support
What You Will Have
- Proven experience delivering Financial Management Systems or ERP Financials solutions in a consulting or implementation role.
- Strong functional understanding of core financial modules.
- A good understanding of finance processes and how they translate into system configuration.
- Experience delivering customer-facing workshops and training sessions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain system functionality clearly to finance users.
- A structured, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience with One Advanced Financials or a similar SaaS financial platform.
- Exposure to data migration activities and integration touchpoints.
- Experience supporting or informally mentoring junior consultants.
- Professional finance or accounting qualifications (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous but not essential.
