We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Solution Consultant to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of live customer projects while acting as a trusted technical partner supporting service excellence across the Housing sector. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and customers, ensuring solutions deliver real operational value.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your customers and projects, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with delivery and support teams to embed customer context into technical resolutions
  • Deliver billable work across WFM solutions, maintaining utilisation and contributing to revenue growth
  • Support Major Incident processes and contribute to root cause analysis
  • Lead and validate post‑incident reviews
