Overview
Partner Enablement Manager at OneAdvanced. Responsible for equipping and empowering strategic delivery partners with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to effectively implement and support the company’s products and services.
This role involves developing enablement programs, working with Learning and Development to create and leverage educational content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that partners are well-prepared to deliver exceptional value to customers.
What You Will Do
- Support the Delivery Partner Manager in defining a Partner Onboarding Framework that allows for a scalable, repeatable process.
- Implement enablement strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on unleashing the capabilities of strategic delivery partners using the Partner Onboarding Framework.
- Undertake activities outlined in the Partner Onboarding Framework to successfully onboard Delivery Partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and resources that support continuous learning and development for partners.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that partners have access to up-to-date information and resources, enabling them to effectively represent the company’s offerings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of enablement programs, partner skills, capability and capacity, and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies that enhance partner engagement and improve operational efficiency.
