This is a new role leading a new programme within OneAdvancedβs Digital Experience Team. You will be joining OneAdvanced during an exciting period of transformation and optimisation as we continue to evolve our digital experience, moving from traditional lead generation to a comprehensive SaaS customer journey through a new, scalable website that will grow alongside OneAdvanced.
You will be responsible for establishing, developing and leading an entirely new optimisation programme focused on continuously improving the OneAdvanced websites and associated metrics. The optimisation programme is formed of two main workstreams: personalisation and experimentation. You will establish yourself as our conversion optimisation subject matter expert. Both workstreams will utilise functionality within our CMS Optimizely; experience of Optimizely and those systems will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:- Establishing and leading our new optimisation programme.
- Defining and delivering our Optimisation strategy.
- Identify test candidates for experimentation through data and ideation sessions with stakeholders.
- Leading experimentation ideation sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business.
- Managing a pipeline of test candidates, prioritising on business needs and/or anticipated uplift.
- Managing the personalisation workstream, identifying personalisation opportunities across the website, determining alternative content options and securing delivery of content from stakeholders.
- Delivering conversion consultation to stakeholders and content owners to assist in improving the conversion of the pages they own.
- Working closely with our SEO team and Campaign Execs to deliver effective landing and campaign pages.
- Reporting on test results, conversion rate and associated metrics.
- Conversion Uplift Expertise: Proven track record of delivering significant conversion uplift and business value through experimentation and optimisation.
- Programme Leadership: Ideal candidate will have led a successful experimentation or CRO programme from ideation through to production, with a strong understanding of the entire process.
- Ideation and Collaboration: Experience leading ideation workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts from multiple functions, with a focus on driving innovation and collaboration.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, with experience in deriving insight from data to identify customer pain points and test candidates to solve.
- Optimisation Programme Management: Experience within an ongoing optimisation or experimentation programme, with a strong understanding of the programme lifecycle and ability to lead the programme.
- Data Analysis: Experience analysing data, ideally utilising GA4, and the ability to derive insight from that data to inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multiple stakeholders concurrently at all levels across the business, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results.
- Optimizely Expertise: Hands-on experience with Optimizely experimentation and content recommendations functionality, with a strong understanding of how to leverage the platform to drive business results.
- Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies and headless publishing via CMS, with a focus on driving innovation and improving user experience.
