Role Introduction
The Housing team at OneAdvanced is looking for a driven and experienced New Business Sales professional to join us on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities and securing new clients within the Social Housing sector, while also identifying cross-sell opportunities across our broader OneAdvanced software portfolio.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in a market where over 300 housing organisations already rely on our solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, uncovering customer needs, and developing strategic approaches to grow our customer base.
What You Will Do
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships across a diverse housing sector
- Own and manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities through to successful close
- Proactively generate, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage and support both personal and marketing lead outreach campaigns
- Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts on a monthly and annual basis
- Create and maintain stratergies to build and cultivate pipeline and support commercial oppertunity across the team.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering value to both client and business
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within complex client environments
- experience and knowledge of selling and prospectiong in the public sector.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
