Responsibilities
- Providing effective control, tracking and management of Assets, costs and utilisation.
- Monitoring and reporting on the inventory, location, status, and ownership of Assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Assisting with audits and reviews to ensure BT ITSM are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies.
- Maintaining the contracts database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and compliant.
- Raising and processing purchase orders.
- Producing and maintaining dashboards and reports on asset usage, compliance status, budgets, and other key metrics.
- Maintaining all necessary documentation, such as contracts, certifications, vendor information and payments in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in managing budgets related to supplier contracts and expenditures.
- Providing administrative support for the directorate.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of process improvement initiatives, policies and procedures.
