The Managed Services division is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join an existing team responsible for analyzing financial data to support oversight of our Revenue and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Building reports in Power BI is a requirement for this role, as we are moving away from Excel-based processes. An understanding of Managed Services is highly desirable but not essential.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Commercial Operations Analyst with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. This role supports the commercial and sales teams by delivering accurate reporting and operational support to drive informed decision-making and improve business performance.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide data insights and support customer-related queries.
- Monitor and analyze sales, invoicing, and COGS data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the monthly variable billing process, ensuring accurate consumption-based invoicing.
- Liaise with Sales and Finance teams to gather relevant data and ensure commercial alignment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to support management decision-making.
- Identify and investigate data trends or anomalies that may impact revenue or operational efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally to streamline processes, resolve data issues, and improve reporting accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks as needed.
