You’ll work across the organisation to design and evolve career architecture frameworks, helping create clearer career pathways, stronger internal mobility and more future focused capability planning particularly as emerging areas such as AI continue to reshape the world of work. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges, managing multiple projects and influencing stakeholders across a changing organisation.

What You Will Do

  • Mapping skills and capabilities across the organisation to support workforce planning and development
  • Supporting the organisation’s move toward a skills-based talent approach
  • Developing and maintaining success profiles linked to skills and capability requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-skilling, reskilling and internal mobility
  • Working with stakeholders across HR, Learning, Talent and the wider business to evolve role frameworks as business needs change
