- Monitor engagement and effectiveness of learning initiatives, using insight and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships across L&D, HR, and technical teams to ensure learning is aligned and well embedded.
What You Will Have
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, or product led environment as an L&D Business Partner or in a similar consultative learning role.
- Experience working with technical, specialist, or product led teams (e.g. R&D, Engineering, IT, Product).
- Ability to diagnose learning needs and design practical, business aligned solutions.
- Confidence influencing without direct authority.
- Familiarity with sourcing digital learning and working with external learning providers.
