Join OneAdvanced. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketing leader to head up the marketing function for the Care sector at OneAdvanced. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will shape and execute the UK-focused marketing strategy for this key market. You will provide strategic marketing leadership, ensuring alignment with sector priorities and commercial objectives. You will own the marketing strategy, drive market opportunity, and lead a high-performing team to deliver integrated, multi-channel programmes that generate demand, qualified opportunities, and measurable revenue contribution.
You will own and develop the full UK marketing plan for the Care sector, ensuring clear positioning, compelling go-to-market execution, and effective collaboration across Sales, Product, and wider business functions.
What You Will Do
- Own and lead the full UK marketing strategy for the Care sector, setting direction, building opportunity, and delivering integrated programmes that directly contribute to pipeline growth and commercial outcomes.
- Develop and execute highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring campaigns are tailored to priority accounts, buying groups and decision-making units, with clear alignment to sector priorities and sales objectives.
- Drive a deep persona-led approach, grounding all marketing activity in a strong understanding of customer needs, challenges, motivations, and market dynamics across the Care sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the Care market, including industry bodies, thought leaders, partners and ecosystem players, to increase brand visibility, credibility, and advocacy.
- Manage all marketing and demand generation programmes, ensuring campaigns create high-quality engagement and influence the buyer journey across all stages of the marketing funnel.
- Ensure all programmes run to time, scope, and budget, maintaining high operational discipline and maximising marketing investment.
- Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture with clear commitment to professional growth, skills development and career progression.
- Design and deliver strategic field marketing programmes that raise visibility of OneAdvanced and its Care sector solutions with customers, prospects, partners and market influencers.
- Drive measurable contribution to sales pipeline, ensuring marketing activity creates momentum, strengthens account engagement, and supports successful conversion through close alignment with Sales and other key teams.
- Identify, select and manage third-party partners and agencies, ensuring quality, value and strong return on investment.
- Contribute to the wider marketing function, sharing best practice, promoting collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.
What You Will Have
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to move at pace, balancing innovation with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand sector-specific challenges, market drivers and commercial levers that shape decision-making in the Care sector.
- Experience within the Care market or closely associated sectors (e.g., health, social care, public sector, or related technology markets) is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with a track record of building targeted, persona-driven marketing programmes that influence buying groups and drive meaningful account engagement.
- Deep understanding of market and technology trends, ideally within vertical software, SaaS, or broader IT environments, with the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing strategy.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to confidently influence, present and collaborate across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing and demand generation, with experience leveraging modern marketing tools, channels and data-led approaches.
- Adaptable, curious and eager to learn, thriving in a growing, evolving marketing function and comfortable navigating change.
- Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
