    • Ensure consistency and quality across all executive and external reporting materials.
  • Executive, Board & Investor Reporting
    • Lead the preparation of high-quality Board reports, investor packs, lender updates, and Executive Committee materials.
    • Own quarterly forecasting and reforecasting outputs alongside strategic planning cycles.
    • Develop insightful KPI dashboards and performance reporting aligned to investor expectations.
    • Drive reporting quality, clarity, and consistency across the organisation.
  • Strategic Finance & Business Partnership
    • Partner closely with Finance, Commercial, and Strategy teams to synthesise performance insights and support decision-making.
    • Support long-range planning, value creation initiatives, and strategic priorities.
    • Benchmark business performance against SaaS peers and market expectations.
    • Act as a strategic extension of the CFO office.

What You Will Have

We are looking for a commercially sharp and highly polished strategic finance professional with experience operating in high-growth, performance driven environments. You are likely to bring experience from:

  • PE-backed SaaS or technology businesses.
  • Strategic Finance / FP&A leadership.
  • Investor Relations.
  • Corporate Finance.
  • Consulting or value creation environments.
  • Listed or investor-facing organisations with exposure to quarterly reporting cycles.

You will also bring:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV and margin performance.
  • Experience producing Board-level, investor, or executive reporting materials.
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive presence and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, commercially meaningful insight.
