This position involves managing small professional orders typically less than 5 days, by scheduling resources, communicating with Customers and ensuring that the right people are available at the right time to meet Customer needs. This role will cover work from all Commercial units and products at Advanced.
What You Will Do
- Co-ordinate small professional services orders, working directly with Customers and service delivery teams to ensure that work is delivered efficiently and within timescales.
- Responsible for the active management of project backlog and the optimisation of weekly backlog burn rates.
- Responsible for maintaining key criteria on the projects including RAG, estimated go live dates and notes.
- Responsible for adopting and managing projects in accordance with standard processes.
- Responsible for managing and resolving any client escalations, seeking support when required.

- Ability to manage to deadlines and support key business stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Experience using Openair would be advantageous but not essential.
- Solid communication skills with a professional verbal, written and presenting ability.
- Some commercial experience, operational exposure, and financial management skills.
