Join OneAdvanced. We are looking for someone to step into our Extended Support Health & Care team as a Support Engineer, assisting with customer and technical issues across a range of county councils, hospital groups and national level health and care organisations. This is a hybrid role based out of Ashford, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office 1–2 times per week, as required.

What You Will Do

  • You will act as part of a technical support team handling issues with customer enquiries, clinical risks and software issues. These interactions can come with financial penalties to the company and be of high impact.
  • This means you will be required to handle a diverse caseload consisting of everything from network and infrastructure issues for councils to individual user queries and issues.
  • You will utilise a mixture of resolver groups and your own technical capability to resolve database and environment issues, application issues, and critical outages, prioritising as required to mitigate clinical risk and financial penalties whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.

What You Will Have

  • You will bring a blend of technical curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and strong communication skills, including:
  • Foundational experience with coding or SQL, whether gained professionally or through personal projects that we can help you further develop.
  • The ability to triage, prioritise, and resolve issues in a reactive environment while also coordinating proactive and preventative work.
  • Confidence communicating professionally with stakeholders of varying technical ability, providing clear, actionable guidance to help resolve complex issues.

  • A baseline understanding of SaaS/PaaS concepts.
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
