As an AI Learning & Enablement Specialist, you will support the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI into the daily work of our teams across the business. Your role will focus on helping employees build confidence and capability with AI tools, creating practical learning content, and delivering engaging training experiences. You’ll work closely with L&D, HR, and business teams to ensure AI-driven tools are adopted effectively to enhance productivity, decision making, and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s passionate about emerging technologies and enjoys helping others learn by doing.
What You Will Do
- AI Learning & Development Strategy: In partnership with key stakeholders, lead the development and execution of a comprehensive offering to empower employees to integrate Generative AI into their flow of work.
- AI Integration & Learning Support: Collaborate with L&D and business stakeholders to build and implement learning content that helps employees use Generative AI in their day-to-day work. Support the development of AI learning pathways tailored to different job roles by researching practical applications and use cases. Stay informed on the latest AI tools and trends to continuously improve training materials and guidance. Help identify and promote human-centric skills that enable employees to adopt AI confidently and ethically.
- Training Delivery & Technical Enablement: Design, create and deliver engaging AI training sessions, e-learning content, and hands-on labs. Incorporate responsible AI usage, best practices, and ethical principles into all learning resources. Work with functional teams to help employees understand and apply AI tools to enhance productivity and performance.
- AI Adoption & Employee Enablement: Collaborate across departments (Product, Sales, HR, Engineering) to increase AI literacy and tool adoption. Build practical resources and learning experiences that make it easy for employees to integrate AI into existing workflows. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting as teams begin applying AI in their roles.
- Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain AI learning content, FAQs, job aids, and internal documentation. Help grow internal knowledge-sharing platforms and communities of practice to support peer learning. Assist in evaluating and testing AI-powered learning platforms for team-wide rollout.
- Measurement & Iteration: Collect and analyse feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to improve training effectiveness. Use AI tools to track adoption, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Actively iterate on training materials and delivery methods based on employee needs and feedback.
What You Will Have
- Practical L&D Experience: Hands-on experience designing and delivering training or enablement resources, ideally within a SaaS or technology-led environment.
- Working Knowledge of AI Tools: Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and an interest in applying them in real-world workflows.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using AI-enabled learning tools, instructional design platforms (e.g., Articulate, Rise, LMS), and productivity apps to build engaging content.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, HR, Engineering) to support employee enablement and integrate training into operations.
- Adoption Awareness: Understanding of what helps employees adopt new tools and skills, including supporting communication, creating job aids, and removing friction.
- Innovative, Curious, Action-Oriented Mindset: A strong interest in emerging technology, and a proactive approach to learning, testing, and improving AI-related training content.
