We are looking to hire a driven, proactive and high performing Account Director for the Primary Care team to support our fast-growing business. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated set of customer accounts from our Primary Care customer base, managing all existing spend with Advanced and selling the full suite of Advanced Solutions.
As an Account Director, you will:
- Manage relationships with Integrated Care Boards in Primary Care.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial opportunity through to close.
- Actively generate and close opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for any given month or year.
- Develop and maintain account plans to achieve individual sales targets.
- Work closely with the Account Manager in the same territory.
Account Directors will have:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A proven track record of success in B2B new business sales within a complex client portfolio.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Experience of selling SaaS/AI solutions in the healthcare sector.
- SFDC (Salesforce) proficiency is preferred but not necessary.
- Understanding of the Primary Care sector is preferred but not necessary.
